Shipping Policy

We provide standard delivery service throughout the UK mainland and islands. All orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the quantity of items ordered. We currently do not offer free shipping on any orders.

We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including: • Mainland UK • Scottish Highlands and Islands • Northern Ireland • Isle of Man • Channel Islands For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly through our contact form.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery's progress through our courier's website.

Please note the following delivery requirements: • Someone aged 18 or over must be available to sign for the delivery • We cannot deliver to PO boxes • Please provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays • A contact phone number is required for delivery updates

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful: • The courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery • You can arrange redelivery through the courier's website • After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to us Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged: 1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products 2. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos 3. Do not dispose of the original packaging We will arrange replacement delivery as quickly as possible.
